This is not investment advice

Nothing on jiwa.fm is a recommendation to buy, sell or hold anything, and nothing here is a personal recommendation of any kind. We are not licensed investment advisers, we do not know your circumstances, and we are not permitted to advise you. If you want advice, take it from someone authorised in your country to give it, and check that authorisation yourself in the regulator's register.

Trading can cost you more than you put in

Trading in leveraged instruments carries a high risk of loss. Positions can move against you quickly and can be closed automatically at a loss. Depending on the product and the terms, losses can exceed the amount deposited. Automated software does not remove this risk; it removes the moment in which a person might reconsider.

Past results, whether advertised by a platform or observed anywhere else, do not indicate future results. No software can guarantee a return from a market, and any material suggesting otherwise is telling you something important about its author.

What our verdicts mean

Each dispatch ends in one of four words: avoid, high risk, unverified or no red flags found. These describe what our checks returned on a stated date. They are not certifications, guarantees or predictions, and they are not warnings issued by any authority.

"Unverified" in particular means that the public checks available to us returned nothing that identifies or supervises the operator. It is not a finding of dishonesty, and we do not write it as one.

"No red flags found" means our sequence of checks completed without turning anything up. It is a statement about the limits of our checking, not an assurance about your outcome.

Information can go out of date

Every dispatch is a snapshot. Promotional material is rewritten, register entries change, entities are dissolved and brands are retired and replaced. The checked date printed with each verdict is the date the statements were true as far as we could see. Before acting, repeat the checks yourself.

Claims by platforms

Where a dispatch describes what a platform offers, that description comes from the platform's own material and is reproduced as a claim. We have not deposited money, used the software or audited any operator. Nothing we reproduce from marketing copy should be read as confirmed by us.

Absence of a register entry

When we report that a search returned nothing, that means the name was not found in the database named on the date named. It does not mean an offence has been committed. We do not use the word scam about a platform we have been unable to investigate to a conclusion.

Commercial relationships

This site may earn revenue from arrangements with third parties. No such arrangement determines a verdict, a position or whether a dispatch is published. The why trust us page describes the funding model and its limits.

External sites

Links to registers, regulators and other third party sites are provided because they are useful. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, availability or the way they handle your data.

Your responsibility

Decisions about your own money are yours. Read this site as one input among several, run the checks yourself, and never move money you cannot afford to lose to a party you cannot name.
